Viet Nam National Financial Switching JSC can now
provide payment intermediary services, after being granted a licence by
the central bank on October 28.
Viet Nam National Financial Switching Joint Stock Co. (Banknetvn) and
Smartlink Card Services Joint Stock Company (Smartlink) yesterday signed
a contract to officially merge.
The IT infrastructure in the Vietnamese banking

Minh Hong, deputy minister in the Ministry of Information and
Communications, stated this at the Banking Vietnam 2014 on May 21 in Ha
